Our Team
Lydia Kimbrough
Gallery ManagerLydia Kimbrough’s practice spans exhibition-making, community engagement, and cultural stewardship. With a background in Art History from Columbia College Chicago, she has worked across nonprofit arts organizations, alternative spaces, and museums. Her experience includes arts administration with Collaboraction Theatre Company in Chicago and managing CulturalDC’s Mobile Art Gallery in Washington, D.C., where she facilitated exhibitions beyond traditional gallery walls. She also worked with Gold Leaf Studios, preserving historic frames connected to significant artists. Now based in Atlanta, Kimbrough works at Hammonds House Museum, contributing to exhibitions, public programming, events, and audience engagement while supporting Black cultural production and community-centered exchange.
